I am so grateful to be a part of this growing community. I, like many others in Calgary, am originally from elsewhere. My life journey began in Ann Arbor, a small university town in Michigan. Growing up amongst my large extended family, never in a million years, would I have thought I would venture further north! Who would have thought a Midwestern girl would be in the Great White North?! I believe that things happen for a reason and that is the beauty of life… adventures and journeys that you would have never imagined can occur. Maybe my husband being Canadian had a little something to do with it ☺

I completed all of my training to become an orthodontist in my hometown. I did my undergraduate, dental, and orthodontic specialty training at the University of Michigan. As a Michigan Wolverine, I bleed maize and blue! You’ll find me cheering for Michigan football every fall. GO BLUE! Shortly after finishing my specialty training I moved to Calgary and practiced as an associate for several years in SW and NW Calgary before starting our very own clinic here in Mahogany.

I enjoy traveling with my family and aspire to travel to all the continents of the world. I love to travel, yet I’m the worst traveller. I get motion sickness on everything! I am so grateful to live in Calgary; the Great White North is not just some gray landmass on a colorful U.S. map now, it is home and a wonderful place where healthcare is available to all and people are super friendly. I look forward to getting to know you and your families and would be blessed to be your orthodontist.

Fun fact about me: I have a sweet tooth and hope to have my own donut/bakery shop.
